3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be forfeited and are not guaranteed rescheduling.
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled appointment time. Late arrival may reduce available session time.
Exceptions may be considered in emergency situations at the discretion of Thrive Serenity Wellness LLC.

4. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Payment is required prior to scheduled coaching sessions or program participation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Due to the time, preparation, and digital resources involved in coaching services, payments are non-refundable.
Missed sessions and late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that lasting wellness results depend on personal participation, consistency, and individual circumstances.

Clients remain responsible for implementing wellness practices, strategies, and recommendations provided during coaching.

Exceptions may apply if disclosure is required by law or if there is concern regarding risk of harm to yourself or others.
